TIMOTHY J. HODNICKI
PRESIDENT
Tim has been with the company since 2002. Tim started out in the company fresh out of trade school as an apprentice and has climbed up the ranks ever since. Tim is currently our President, Project Coordinator and Estimator along with having his hands in every aspect of the company to make sure its up to his standards and help out where needed. Tim has a diverse background in a wide range of projects, specializing in the more technical aspects of the trade such as structured wiring, fire alarms, security and controls. With Tim’s unwavering drive, thirst for knowledge and attention to detail, he provides the spark our company needs to thrive well into the future.

PROJECT MANAGER & ESTIMATOR
In 2023, Tiffany joined our team, bringing with her a rich background in project management, acquired through her tenure at a prominent welding and steel fabrication company. Her professional journey reflects a commitment to excellence.

Her proficiency in effectively communicating with clients is not merely a skill but a strategic imperative, ensuring seamless interactions. Paul Earnest
LEAD FOREMAN
Paul Earnest has been an invaluable member of our team for over half a decade, contributing significantly to our success. His journey began as an apprentice in our commercial division, where he quickly rose through the ranks following the attainment of his journeyman’s license. He then switched over to the residential side for a few years to try something new. Despite demonstrating exceptional skills on the residential side, Paul’s unwavering passion for commercial work guided him back to his true calling.
In his current role as the lead foreman of the commercial division, Paul collaborates seamlessly with our project manager, overseeing multiple projects with precision and expertise. A dedicated team player, Paul goes beyond his responsibilities to inspire and foster a positive work environment. His commitment is evident as he provides structure and guidance to his team, ensuring everyone has the necessary tools for success.
